Responsibilities
Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
Strategy Development: Develop and implement the AI and analytics strategy aligned with the organization's goals
Stakeholder Partnership – Partner with the data analytics team and other business and technology stakeholders in the organization. Communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives, gaining buy-in and support from senior management, business units, and other stakeholders. Understand business requirements and develop AI and analytics solutions that meet their needs. Provide guidance on data-driven decision-making and standard processes
Performance Measurement and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (important metrics) to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI and analytics initiatives. Continuously supervise and optimize models and algorithms to improve accuracy and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Statistics or related field required
At least 10-15 years experience in leading teams
8+ years of demonstrated experience working in a data intensive environment and translating business needs into data requirements (experience with SQL, Python, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Machine Learning and AI)
Understanding of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, fairness, visibility, and explainability
Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with understanding of business priorities
Ability to build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
Accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
Thirst for learning – always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
