OneFourTwo Design Group is a full-service design firm seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join their team. The role involves managing commercial architecture projects, interfacing with clients, and producing architectural documents for permit submittal and construction.

Design

Responsibilities

Manage commercial architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plans
Research building codes and local zoning requirements
Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas
Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 5+ years of relevant commercial design experience
Licensure is required
Experience producing construction drawings in Revit is required
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience attending client meetings and coordinating across all phases of design
