HR Solutions Analyst – Workday
Ensign Services is a company that supports over 361 health care operations across the United States. They are seeking an HR Solutions Analyst – Workday to bridge HR expertise with technology-driven solutions, focusing on enhancing and optimizing HR processes using Workday.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR teams to prioritize business needs, understand current HR processes, identify pain points and determine how Workday can best address them
Design and configure Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits) to align with business needs, including creating custom workflows, fields, and reports
Lead the implementation process, including data migration, testing, user training, and change management activities
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and address user queries related to Workday functionality
Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes within Workday or with a Workday solution in mind, proposing and implementing system enhancements to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards within Workday to provide actionable insights for HR leadership
Lead small to medium-sized projects with a Workday solution in mind, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
Qualification
Required
Workday Expertise: Knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionalities, including configuration options and best practices
HR Domain Knowledge: Understanding of core HR concepts like recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle management
Business Analysis Skills: Strong ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and document detailed process flows
Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects with defined timelines and milestones from kickoff to implementation
Technical Skills: Familiarity with data manipulation, reporting tools, and basic understanding of system integrations
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including HR leadership, technical teams, and end-users
Preferred
2+ years of experience in Workday, preferably in a project manager or BSA role
Strong knowledge of Workday modules, HR processes, and data workflows
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with a focus on HRIS or enterprise systems
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and actionable plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
PMP, CBAP, or Workday certifications are a plus
