Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex hardware development programs from concept through delivery
Manage program schedules, technical risks, and feature baselines while ensuring alignment across engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams
Drive resolution of technical issues by facilitating stakeholder decision-making and maintaining clear communication across all levels
Oversee prototype builds, tooling kickoff, and vendor coordination to meet aggressive timelines and quality standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (BS ME) required; MS or MBA preferred
2–5+ years of experience in program management or mechanical engineering design for rapid development products
Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, and metal forming
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex hardware development programs under tight timelines
