New GradSusquehanna International Group is seeking an Audit Co-op to join their Operations team. The role involves analyzing business processes to identify risks and establishing controls to mitigate them, along with extensive interaction with colleagues across the firm.

Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and work flows, noting areas where processes and controls can be improved or implemented to reduce/mitigate risk
Tests effectiveness of controls
Gain exposure to the markets and other areas of the business
Ad-hoc projects as required
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Access
Strong communication skills (oral and written); ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external vendors
Detail oriented; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Must be a self-starter, a quick learner, and resourceful in solving problems
Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future
Preferred
Prior experience with VBA and SQL a plus
Previous experience in the financial services industry or completion of finance- or investment-related coursework a plus
Probability and Statistics background a plus
