They are seeking a Security Field Engineer/Technician responsible for servicing products and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support while performing maintenance and repairs at customer locations.

Responsibilities
Responsible for servicing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-up of systems
Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
Identify, analyze, and diagnosis systems and products at customer’s location
Perform maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as needed or requested by customers
Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
Provide technical support to customers
Regular travel requirements with occasional stays - 25%
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license
Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check
