Responsibilities
Deploying and maintaining Atlassian Jira and Confluence servers
Importing and exporting projects to different instances of Jira
Atlassian Jira application development
Managing Atlassian Jira plug-ins
Systems administration in Linux
Managing databases such as MySQL and MS SQL
Providing customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management
Identifying problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network
Turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning
Identifying new opportunities to modernize the network
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience deploying and maintaining Atlassian Jira and Confluence servers
Experience importing and exporting projects to different instances of Jira
Experience with Atlassian Jira application development
Experience with Atlassian Jira plug-ins
Experience with systems administration in Linux
Knowledge of managing databases such as MySQL and MS SQL
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT level II Certification such as Security CE+ Certification, within 30 days from start date
Preferred
Experience with DevOps methods and practices
Experience with DoD Cloud environments
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized technologies and best practices
Experience with scripting, including Jira REST API, Groovy scripts, and JQL
Knowledge of DoD STIGs or NISTs
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
