Identify business intelligence needs and develop reporting and data analytic needs

Document measurement needs for patient engagement solutions
Focus on the transition of manual workflows to automation or process efficiencies
Use data to identify KPIs, constraints, and dependencies to make informed decisions
Monitor and assess the value of patient engagement solutions
Qualification
Required
Seven years' experience in a business environment or related industry. With a focus on market research, business analysis, data analysis, and working with analytics software suites or related technical experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or four years related experience in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business or Healthcare preferred
Epic Cogito and Clarity Data Model Certifications or proficiencies preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Medical Record, consumer experience and analytics related software
