Responsibilities

Operates lift truck with manufacturing, aisles and yards
Performs operations of transporting and positioning materials such as moving dies and storage area and loading hammers and flasks in
Requires ability to estimate load weight and balance, knowledge of proper loading and storage of raw, semi-finished and finished material
Assists molder-lead, molder-kirk, die- grinder, in the foundry
Assembles set ups for lead and kirk dies. Pours lead and/or kirk in said set ups
Sets up drop hammer for standard runs on production parts following proper procedures
Aligns and secures punch and die to drop hammer head and bed
Recognizes improper functioning of hammer and reports conditions to others
Follow all Senior policies and procedure
Other duties as assigned
