Responsibilities

Oversee Boulder programs which serve all levels of care from 0 to end of life, including preventive focused, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and criminal justice

Be the face of the organization to the City of Boulder, Boulder Valley School District, and Boulder County advocating for mental health services

Provide and evaluate program budgets and collaborate with program leaders to manage their operations

Qualification

Master’s DegreeLicensed Clinical Social WorkerManagement experienceClinical supervisory experienceCommunity mental healthCultural competenceAdvocacy skillsBudget managementCoaching skills

Required

Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related area required, OR a related PhD or PsyD

Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) required

Seven (7+) years prior experience providing direct services to diverse populations

Three (3+) years management and clinical supervisory experience in mental health or closely related human services agency

Experience managing multiple, large programs

Community builder, face of the organization and advocate to community partners to support your team

Managed budgets and strategic planning for the multiple programs you oversee

Experience managing and coaching professional, licensed clinical managers

Preferred
