Outside Sales Representative
Glass Doctor is a full-service glass company active in auto, home, and commercial glass. They are looking for a diligent and competitive individual to proactively seek out and close new business opportunities, primarily through telephone and in-person sales calls. The role involves relationship selling, but with a current focus on sourcing and securing new business.

Responsibilities
Compile lists of prospective customers
Travel throughout the Treasure Valley Glass Doctor service area to prospect for new business and continue to grow sales with current customers
Be prepared to discuss in detail the features and benefits if Glass Doctor’s services. Utilize Glass Doctor literature and brochures when appropriate
Since everyone is a potential customer, this position requires strong time-management and discretion to prioritize use of time and focus on the highest value opportunities
Consult regularly with the Owner/Manager to discuss sales results and upcoming opportunities. Enter pertinent information into a contact manager to have a record of prospects, existing customers, and activities and progress with those accounts
Participate in setting up and selling at trade shows if requested to do so
Perform other duties incidental to the work described herein
Qualification
Required
Minimum of high school diploma, college degree preferred
Proven success in a sales position
Work experience in glass, property maintenance, or construction is a plus
Computer literacy and the ability to use standard office applications
Ability to read and understand procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively in front of groups
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
Have and maintain a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
