Responsibilities
Manage R&D headcount and expense reporting for the Mobile, Compute, XR, Infrastructure and Tech business units
Consolidate R&D actuals and forecasts by project and group
Allocate headcount and expense targets to groups and business units
Perform variance analysis, financial reporting, and management-level presentations on a monthly and quarterly basis
Perform ad hoc analysis and proactively improve business processes that impact finance
Work closely with Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance business unit teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience
Preferred
Prior work experience in the wireless/telecommunications industry
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
Strict attention to detail
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
Tableau and Cognos TM1 (or similar) experience is preferred
Proficient use of the following: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Analytical Tools and frameworks
