Responsibilities
Determine a learning strategy and deliver a targeted enablement plan with AI and data-driven solutions that map to specific business needs
Drive, support, and execute numerous regional and global enablement efforts
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or a Master's degree with 6 years experience; or equivalent experience
Ability to build and grow trusting relationships with VP-level stakeholders
Experience reading and interpreting sales performance metrics for strengths and gaps
Demonstrated leadership, influence, and active listening across lines of business
Collaboration and problem-solving skills to solve complex business challenges with learning solutions
Courageous, empathetic and articulate communicator
Ability to remain agile in changing and fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to determine learning methods and procedures
Strong judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria
Proven networking skills with stakeholders
