This role involves the strategic development and execution of initiatives to establish and cultivate external partnerships, as well as designing and implementing non-degree executive education programs.

Responsibilities
Serves as the primary point person for executive programs curriculum and client development processes
Contributes to the operational planning and delivery of all programs
Manages all operations and logistics required to support the successful delivery of on-site and off-site programs
Develops strong working relationships with school, campus and community-based business partners
Directs the course content development process to ensure curricular excellence of all programs
Directs the compilation, production and distribution of course materials
Manages the needs analysis and content customization, including assisting in developing and writing proposals for new business opportunities
Represent the University as formal host for client groups on campus and off-campus locations for executive programs
Manages the formal contracting process with client partners
Develops documents and refines processes and procedures to ensure consistently high quality program content development and delivery
Develops and refines forecasts of instructional resource needs based on growth plans
Develops business plans, budgets, and marketing and communications strategies
Ensures that all program and participant records are accurate and up to date
Develops budgets and monitor expenses
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships
Innovative thinker with the ability to drive new initiatives and programs
Demonstrated innovative, entrepreneurial leadership abilities combined with practical university experience in overseeing financial, administrative, and academic operations
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with a wide range of individuals and audiences, including faculty, practitioners, students, administrators, alumni, and external partners
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing work demands and manage multiple priority programs in a high-pressure environment
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and ten years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 10 years experience in partnership development, external relations, or a similar role, ideally within an academic or international affairs context
