Responsibilities

Overseeing multiple related projects, aligning them with strategic goals, managing overall budgets, risks, and resources, and communicating with senior leadership to ensure successful delivery of long-term organizational objectives, acting as a bridge between strategy and execution for complex, interlinked initiatives

Proven experience leading DevSecOps adoption in regulated environments (FDA, ISO 13485, HIPAA, or similar)

Understanding of secure SDLC, validation processes, and compliance automation within CI/CD frameworks

Proven ability to work across R&D, IT, and Quality teams to implement cloud and infrastructure modernization safely

Hands-on leadership of multi-year digital transformation programs within Fortune 500 organizations

Demonstrated experience with ERP modernization (SAP S/4HANA), data platform transformations, or R&D system migrations (PLM, MES, LIMS)

Success in managing technology migrations without disrupting validated manufacturing or regulatory processes

Experience leading global programs across engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial organizations

Skilled in coordinating matrixed teams across regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC)

Proven ability to align global IT, quality, and business functions under a unified program strategy

Proven success driving enterprise-wide change across R&D, manufacturing, and IT business lines

Experience implementing Agile at Scale (SAFe) or hybrid governance models in regulated environments

Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with compliance

Experience rolling up status across multiple global programs for CxO

Proven ability to translate complex technical and compliance metrics into executive-ready dashboards

Strong experience in portfolio governance, risk management, and dependency tracking
