Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
Support our field sales team by setting quality leads and appointments
Maintain accurate records in our system

Required

Schedule inspections and service appointments
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
Support our field sales team by setting quality leads and appointments
Maintain accurate records in our system
Strong phone presence and active listening skills
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred

Bilingual is preferred!
Experience in sales, call centers, or customer service preferred (but not required—we'll train the right person!)
