Responsibilities
Own all new-logo acquisition across mid-market and enterprise segments, driving revenue expansion throughout the U.S
Build, coach, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization capable of consistently exceeding targets
Define and enforce a rigorous, repeatable sales process — from qualification and deal strategy to forecasting and closing
Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to convert demand into predictable wins and strengthen the entire GTM engine
Serve as the primary voice of the customer, bringing field insights back to influence positioning, roadmap decisions, and future plays
Qualification
Required
Approximately 8–12 years of progressive sales experience within high-growth technology or enterprise software environments
A demonstrated ability to build, refine, or scale sales teams or repeatable revenue motions — with the desire to do it again at greater scope
A builder's mindset: comfortable operating in ambiguity, hands-on in early stages, and eager to create structure before delegating
