LHH is seeking a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta. The role focuses on driving measurable growth through data-led strategies, creative testing, and continuous optimization of campaigns.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across:
Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Align paid media strategy with business goals (leads, sales, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
Build and manage full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and keywords
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
Scale winning campaigns while controlling costs and efficiency
Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI)
Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

Required

2–4+ years experience managing paid media campaigns
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward ROAS, CPA, or lead volume
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
