Sunwest Bank is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to deliver technical support and engineering for their digital workplace environment. This role focuses on endpoint management and user experience, supporting the transition to a modern digital workplace while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for endpoints (Windows, Mac, mobile) and resolve user issues via ticketing systems (Ivanti, Jira, etc.)

Support onboarding/offboarding, user access, and lifecycle management for internal applications and platforms

Engineer, deploy, and maintain digital workplace solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, and Intune MDM/Autopilot

Assist with patching, updates, and compliance for all endpoints

Document procedures, resolutions, and best practices for digital workplace operations

Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, and business teams to optimize user experience and service delivery

Participate in cost-saving initiatives, vendor management, and contract reviews as needed

Ensure adherence to IT policies, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance (SOX, GLBA, BSA/AML, etc.)

Contribute to process improvement and modernization of digital workplace tools and workflows

Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and high-quality work

Attend required training and maintain compliance awareness

Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and all applicable laws

Attends training and maintains a basic knowledge of procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing financial institutions, as they apply to your position and job responsibilities, with an emphasis on the BSA/AML/CIP, Consumer Privacy, Regulation CC, Information Security, Bank Protection Act, FACT-Identity Theft, Information Technology and GLBA
