Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted operational partner within the Office of MSL, acting as a force multiplier to drive operational excellence, strategic clarity, and organizational effectiveness across the MSL organization

MSL Rhythms - Act as a central point of operational coordination and rhythms for the MSL organization, ensuring clear communication, effective information flow, and operational drumbeat towards executing on priorities

Cross Functional Partnership and Influence - Build working relationships and facilitate collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, HR, and the Admin team, to enable seamless execution, remove friction, and advance organizational objectives

Strategic Execution and Leadership Support - Maintain a real-time understanding of the Office of MSL’s highest-priority initiatives by participating in key forums, tracking progress against critical goals, and ensuring the leader is consistently equipped with clear insights, recommendations, and decision context

Executive Communications and Deliverables - Draft and curate executive level documents, agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external engagements, and drive disciplined follow through to ensure alignment and accountability
