Responsibilities
Lead and review complex individual, trust, estate, and gift tax returns
Identify and implement tax planning strategies related to wealth transfer, estate planning, charitable giving, and succession planning
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients and their external advisors
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Conduct tax research and draft technical memoranda on complex issues
Mentor and develop senior and staff accountants through review and coaching
Assist with resolving tax notices, examinations, and client inquiries
Contribute to practice growth through client relationship expansion and advisory opportunities
Qualification
Required
CPA license required; MST or JD preferred
7+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on HNWI clients
Strong experience with individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift taxation
Working knowledge of trust structures, wealth transfer strategies, and estate planning concepts
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements independently
Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred
MST or JD preferred
