Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more
Respond promptly to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs to ensure everything runs smoothly
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively
Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
Ability to perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment
Ability to respond promptly to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively
Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards
Approach maintenance challenges with a positive attitude and a knack for troubleshooting
Take pride in your work and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately
Value providing excellent service to residents by responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
Preferred
Prior experience in maintenance or a related field
