Required

8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level monitoring solutions
Deep expertise in both Dynatrace and New Relic platforms
Experience in architecting and executing the transition of Dynatrace capabilities to New Relic functionalities
Strong background in synthetic monitoring, particularly with Catchpoint
Experience in implementing New Relic agents across diverse language tech stacks (Java, Spring Boot)
Experience addressing major JVM-related issues
Kubernetes
AWS cloud
Dynatrace and New Relic Expertise
Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Mobile RUM
Catchpoint Synthetic Monitoring – very strong
OpenTelemetry (OTel)
Dashboard Creation and Management (New Relic)
Anomaly Detection Configuration
New Relic Agent Implementation (Java, Spring Boot, etc.)
JVM Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning
Scripting and Automation (Python, JavaScript)
Kafka, Rabbit MQ
Grafana
Event Management service now
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
