Qualification
Required
HVAC knowledge
Demonstrated leadership skills (3 years minimum)
Driver's license for travel between sites
Background in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall
Appliance repair skills
Experienced with apartment turns
Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors
Knowledge of residential repairs (3 years minimum)
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more
Organizational skills
Available for emergency on-call rotation
