Responsibilities
Lead and manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters
Strategize and oversee all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial
Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Maintain and grow relationships with insurance carriers and clients
Participate in firm leadership and business development initiatives
Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm’s litigation practice
Qualification
Required
Recent experience as a Partner
Currently licensed in DC, MD, or VA
Must live currently in DC, MD, or VA
Recent insurance defense experience
Preferred
Construction Litigation / Defect
Medical Malpractice
Appellate
Triple barred in MD, DC, and VA
