Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
INFIELD Talent Solutions is a fast-growing, founder-led organization seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, travel, logistics, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day operational support.

Responsibilities
Manage, prioritize, and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and preparing for meetings
Coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO, including airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and itineraries
Anticipate and manage last-minute changes to schedules and travel plans
Coordinate airfare and lodging for company employees as needed
Optimize travel arrangements for cost efficiency and time management
Manage shipping, deliveries, and order tracking
Order office supplies and ensure the office is appropriately stocked
Support hospitality needs, including gifting, handwritten notes, and shipments
Assist with recruiting outreach, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
Support employee onboarding activities, including equipment ordering and onboarding instructions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, founder, or CEO
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment
Tech-savvy, highly responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
