They are seeking an Intake/Customer Success Manager to manage patient intake, assist in data entry, and guide patients in receiving necessary medical equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities
Provides exceptional customer service support within the office by scheduling initial patient shipments, answering incoming calls, data entry, and providing assistance to all customers
Works regularly scheduled shifts; primary responsibility is service to the customers
Professionalism: Reports to work on time and as scheduled; works in unison with all staff; displays a willingness to help others; embraces constructive criticism; presents a friendly and professional attitude
Customer Rights: Promptly reports customer grievances to supervisors; treats all patient care information with confidentiality; continuously follows up with patients to ensure they are always treated fairly and with dignity and respect
Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and transfers to appropriate departments; takes messages that are complete and accurate
Properly notes any customer issues and promptly forwards resident issues to management
Adaptable: Willing to perform other duties as assigned related to collections
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service or healthcare-related field
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
Experience in the medical equipment or medical supplies industry
Experience with Brightree
