Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management from initiation through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, engineering, legal, and operations teams to support business development and product expansion initiatives
Drive process improvements, including the use of AI to optimize finance workflows and reporting systems
Manage multiple high-impact deliverables, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Document and communicate project requirements, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
Analyze financial data and business processes, applying accounting and operational knowledge to support strategic decision-making

Required
