Responsibilities
Provide dedicated support to the CEO, focused on day-to-day execution and core operational needs
Manage complex calendars, schedule and prioritize meetings, and proactively resolve conflicts as they arise
Prepare for meetings by organizing materials, taking clear and effective notes, and tracking action items through completion
Oversee task management to ensure commitments, follow-ups, and priorities are completed on time
Audit objectives and time allocation to help ensure focus remains on high-impact initiatives
Coordinate domestic travel, including booking arrangements and creating detailed, efficient itineraries
Organize off-site events, internal meetings, and business-related dinners as needed
Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships
Partner with the Personal Assistant to ensure the CEO's commitments are aligned
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a startup, VC, or similar environment
Highly organized and systems-oriented, with experience implementing and maintaining efficient workflows
Polished, professional, and passionate about delivering high-quality work with a strong sense of ownership
Proactive communicator who is comfortable asking questions, giving feedback, and taking initiative
Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to grammar, punctuation, and clarity
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with pride in producing accurate and consistent results
Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships and demonstrate stability and longevity in prior roles
