Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and their insureds in state and federal courts throughout Florida and Louisiana
Handle civil litigation cases including general liability, premises liability, construction defects, professional liability, and insurance coverage disputes
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Active member of The Florida Bar in good standing
Minimum 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Strong deposition, hearing, and trial preparation skills
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
