Responsibilities

Application of adult learning principles and design in formulating training outlines and determining appropriate instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, blended learning, flip classroom, lectures and demonstration
Conduct training for all levels of a diversified workforce on a range of topics including required ODP compliance training i.e. CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, New Employee Orientation, and agency-wide professional development. Community participation training and other training assigned
Leverage instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures
Participate in the review, evaluation and modification of written materials for new and existing training programs and recommend appropriate changes to improve employee performance and business results
Facilitates appropriate engagement and support for staff that enables confidence in job readiness and a sense of inclusion
Serve as a coach for employees and agency leaders throughout the employment experience
Coordinate and facilitate NEO/NEOO/FLS/CPR/FA/AED, MANDT and Med Administration and other training as needed
Additional agency projects and duties as assigned

Required

An associate degree in related field, or Industry Certification e.g., HR, Education, Development, DEI required
1-3 years of experience of training facilitation, coordination, and administration required
Experience with technology required for training design and delivery, in person and remotely, small, and large groups

Preferred

Prior experience with adult education supports, in the human services industry a plus
Experience with developing and managing e-learning platforms, such as Relias and Workday highly preferred
CPR/First Aid certification highly preferred
