Responsibilities

Maintain and manage a structured content calendar, ensuring consistent scheduling and publishing across platforms
Write compelling, on-brand captions designed to increase engagement, awareness, and conversions
Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and tags to actively nurture the online audience
Propose content ideas aligned with business goals, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, including reach, engagement, audience growth, and post effectiveness
Research and identify potential clients, leads, and target accounts aligned with ideal client profiles
Build, organize, and maintain a prospect database using CRM and lead-tracking tools
Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate discovery calls and sales appointments
Track email engagement, lead activity, and response metrics
Create and manage follow-up tasks, reminders, and pipeline activity
Ensure accurate documentation of interactions, lead sources, and campaign outcomes
Support virtual events, including Eventbrite setup, pre-event and post-event communications, Zoom backend coordination, and program support
Provide light graphic design support by updating standardized templates as needed
Draft newsletters and marketing communications
Create short-form social media content, including videos and reels
Coordinate website updates with the existing web designer
Handle day-to-day marketing requests such as headshots, file organization, asset management, and system upkeep

Required

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and lead generation, preferably in B2B
US market experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven experience managing content calendars, scheduling, and publishing posts across major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, conversion-focused captions aligned with brand voice and business objectives
Hands-on experience with lead research, prospecting, and account targeting based on ideal client profiles
Proficiency in CRM tools for building, maintaining, and tracking prospect and lead databases
Experience executing outreach and lead generation campaigns that result in discovery calls or sales appointments
Working experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
Experience drafting newsletters and short-form content, including social media videos or reels
