Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard
Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections, ensuring that preventive maintenance is performed regularly
Step in to perform maintenance tasks as needed, offering guidance and expertise on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
Track maintenance performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize operations to minimize downtime and costs
Qualification
Required
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard

Step in to perform maintenance tasks as needed, offering guidance and expertise on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems

Track maintenance performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize operations to minimize downtime and costs
You have experience leading a maintenance team, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
You bring hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
You can effectively communicate with your team, management, and residents, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all maintenance activities
You are diligent in ensuring that all tasks are completed thoroughly and to the highest standard
Preferred
Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
