Glidewell Dental is hiring for a temporary Receptionist for their HR office to cover a 4 to 5 month leave of absence. This role involves supporting daily HR operations, providing clear communication, and ensuring a positive and people-first culture through various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Greets all guests, walk-in traffic, job applicants, and employees in a professional and hospitable manner; provides HR-related support and directs or escorts them to specific destinations

Coordinates meeting logistics for team meetings, interviews, events, including reserving rooms and ensuring rooms are prepared

Provides administrative support for team members such as registering and scanning documents to electronic filing system, preparing materials for meetings, and performing various data entry tasks

Assist in researching and compiling data for assigned projects within assigned deadlines, and generates reports as necessary

Gathers information regarding employee inquiries; directs employees to appropriate HR team member

Assist employees with completing basic Workday submissions or changes

Creates employee badges and forwards to the appropriate department

Posts internal job fliers across all campus buildings

Administers candidates’ assessments

Monitors office supply inventory; order supplies when inventory is low

Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management
