Community Support Team Program Manager
SouthLight Healthcare is one of the area's largest nonprofit providers of substance use treatment and mental health services. As the CST Program Manager, you will supervise the daily administrative and clinical oversight of program staff, ensuring that services align with regulatory standards and quality care for all members.

Responsibilities
Drives the delivery of CST services among multiple teams and counties
Conducts routine ongoing assessment and development of protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain efficient processes and systems
Responsible for the onboarding of new staff, staff trainings, networking, community meetings, internal quality reviews, and audits
Provides individual and team supervision to promote quality services and staff development
Recognize and address any inefficiencies occurring with standards set within SouthLight for each individual CST team
Models behavioral interventions, modification, and behavior rehearsal
Determines team caseload based on the acuity level of the members
Supports the Team Leads in facilitating weekly CST team meetings
Monitors and evaluates the services, interventions, and activities provided by the team
Tracks and monitors documentation to ensure compliance with service definition and regulatory requirements
Participate in community outreach as necessary
Ensure staff completion of trainings as required by service definition, SouthLight and other governing bodies
Qualification
Required
Two years' experience supervising community intervention and crisis services
Three to five years' experience working in community mental health setting
Currently licensed to practice clinically (LCSW/A, LPC/A, LCAS/A, LMFT/A)
Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Fluent and knowledgeable with CST, ACT, Assertive Engagement, and Peer Support service definitions and requirements
Knowledge of program specific budgeting, cost estimating and financial management principles and procedures
Ability to supervise, train, motivate and evaluate employees
Ability to set firm boundaries with staff and clients
Strong organizational skills
Excellent clinical skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starter, independent worker, ability to overcome obstacles independently
Excellent written documentation skills
Ability to manage crisis
