Responsibilities

Lead the community team and exemplify Servant Leadership

Recruit, hire, and develop the community team

Ensure positive onboarding experiences and effective communication of community goals

Coach the team to success and handle annual performance reviews

Lead by example and problem solve with the team

Ensure compliance with emergency procedures and regulations

Ensure the team practices excellent customer service and the 5% Distinction

Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly

Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and community income flow

Conduct regular inspections of the community and ensure maintenance of cleanliness and safety practices

Attract new residents through marketing and community events

Keep regional leaders and management informed about community happenings

Required

A person with a positive attitude, willingness to serve, a history of excellent customer service experience, and a desire to lead a team with integrity will thrive in our organization

Someone that is proven to mentor, develop, and promote their associates will help our associates feel empowered and valued

A minimum of 5 years in the multifamily industry is important

Leadership in the hospitality field will fill this requirement as well

You must prove at least 2 years of experience managing and leading a team of multi-family professionals

We value education! Therefore, an associate's degree, bachelor's degree, two- three years of related training, or a combination of education and experience is required

Employment with Kairoi is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Possession of a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
