Responsibilities
Operational Management: Own the end-to-end process for vendor management, credit card reconciliations, and employee reimbursements
AP/AR Ownership: Ensure accurate data entry and timely processing of invoices and collections
Process Improvement: Identify ways to leverage our software suite to automate manual tasks and increase efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the company to ensure spend is tracked correctly and deadlines are met
Quality Control: Maintain a high bar for accuracy, ensuring that all financial records are audit-ready
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of related experience accounting (AP/AR accounting focused preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
You are comfortable navigating modern financial software and pick up new tools quickly
You want to understand the 'why' behind the numbers and grow into a more senior finance professional
You take pride in the quality of your work and meet deadlines without reminders
