Computer Lab Assistant

Responsibilities
Professionally assist students in using the lab facility
Ensure the operation of the lab and equipment
Provide software and minor hardware support (training will be provided if hired)
Ensure a clean and efficient lab environment
Assist team leader and supervisor as needed
Communicate timely and effectively with team and coworkers for support
Serve on Computer Lab Committees
Participate in Computer Lab Activities and community engagement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Good communication and customer service skills through work or volunteer experiences
Some knowledge and experience using computers, Google Suite, and word processing applications (MS Word, Google Docs, etc.)
Ability to effectively comprehend and communicate written and oral instructions
Demonstrate excellence in customer service skills
Current full-time or part-time WSU students
Preferred
Leadership skills and experience are preferred and beneficial for advancement
