Engineering Technician (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities
Assist engineers in the design and development of manufacturing processes and systems
Conduct tests and inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and manufacturing processes
Maintain accurate documentation of engineering projects, including specifications, test results, and process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or a related field
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in durable goods
Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
Computer savvy
Compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Under ITAR, candidates must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (e.g., 'Green Card' holder), asylee, or refugee as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred but not required
Experience with CAD software and other engineering design tools
Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards
