Responsibilities

Aid in the development of project plans and timelines for business-focused initiatives in product development, innovation, and brand marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of business solutions that achieve strategic goals and objectives
Manage resources and budgets to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget constraints
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies to optimize outcomes
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy team to ensure projects align with the overall business strategy
Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
Delivers against a rigorous calendar of all project deliverables and milestones
Provides ongoing competitive analysis as needed
Performs other duties as required

Required

5+ years of experience in project management, business strategy, product development, and brand marketing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Demonstrated success in delivering business solutions through strategic projects
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Adept in presentation preparation and visualization of processes and timeline
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude, professional demeanor
Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Organized, Dependable, Leader, Driver, Creative problem solver, Versatile
A strong understanding of business objectives
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and articulate project needs clearly
Ability to provide solutions under time constraints
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in order to ensure the completion of documents, presentations and reports
