The role involves enhancing system capabilities, leading development efforts, and ensuring successful deployments of the product.

Responsibilities

The primary function of the System Engineer is to advance the technical capabilities of our SafePath wrong way detection product offering and lead the development efforts across multiple businesses

Work closely with our 3rd party providers to ensure unified approach to product development

Conduct Issue/Resolution reports with 3rd party providers

Create an ongoing product roadmap for all aspects of the system

Test and validate components as needed

Work closely with our Director of Technical services for field verification

Work closely with our Project Management team for ongoing deployments related to feature development

Work with agencies to set up servers or cloud connections

Deploy and configure SafePath central software

Develop VPN connections for monitoring customer systems

Provide monthly check-up reports to internal AMS management

Excellent customer service needed

Monthly reports to customers on issues & successes
