Business Development Representative
Future Energy is an Energy Managed Service Provider that empowers businesses through advanced energy management solutions. The Business Development Representative (BDR) role focuses on generating new sales opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads for the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective customers
Identify and engage key decision-makers (owners, executives, GMs, CFOs, Directors)
Qualify prospects based on fit, interest, and timing
Schedule discovery meetings and demos for the Director of Sales
Maintain accurate activity and notes in the CRM
Follow up consistently with prospects to drive meeting attendance
Meet or exceed daily activity and monthly meeting targets
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
Experience using CRM tools (Zoho)
Preferred
Experience selling B2B services or technology solutions
Familiarity with industries such as commercial real estate, automotive, hospitality, energy, or SaaS
Experience working in a quota-driven environment
