Director of Operations
The company is seeking a Director of Operations to build scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive cross-functional execution. This role involves owning operational performance, process optimization, and execution management to ensure the organization runs smoothly and scales effectively.

Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to define priorities, OKRs, and operating cadence
Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and measurement
Build reporting rhythms and accountability mechanisms across teams
Map, optimize, and standardize core workflows across departments
Identify inefficiencies and implement tools/processes to improve throughput and quality
Drive continuous improvement programs (SOPs, playbooks, training)
Own operational dashboards and performance reporting (KPIs, SLAs, utilization)
Deliver insights and recommendations to improve margin, speed, and customer outcomes
Evaluate and implement operational tools (CRM, ticketing, knowledge base, automation)
Improve data quality, handoffs, and visibility across functions
Align Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, and Finance on shared processes and goals
Communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans clearly
Qualification
Required
8–12 years experience in operations, business operations, consulting, or program leadership
Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling operations
Strong analytical and process design capabilities
KPI design, dashboards, and reporting (Sheets/Excel, Looker/Tableau)
Process modeling, SOP development, and change management
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce/HubSpot, Jira/Asana, Zendesk, Notion/Confluence
Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
Strong stakeholder management and clear communicator
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast change
Preferred
Experience in high-growth SaaS or operations-heavy environments
Exposure to RevOps, CS Ops, or fulfillment/service operations
