Executive Assistant
Pride Health is seeking a highly organized and strategic Executive Assistant / Special Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. This role plays a key part in driving HR transformation, process improvement, governance, and project management across the organization.
Responsibilities
Represent the SVP of HR in meetings as required
Manage agendas, materials, attendance, and logistics for HR Council, Recruitment Council, and other major meetings, including Webex coordination
Oversee HR Governance meetings, materials, follow-ups, and facilitation
Coordinate coverage in the absence of the Senior Executive Secretary
Assign and manage access to HR Confidential SharePoint
Support HR initiatives including accretions, departmental reorganizations, and job description standardization
Facilitate the review and approval of Managerial Annual Leave Buyout requests in collaboration with HR leadership and Payroll
Prepare and issue one-year anniversary messages to new employees
Compile and distribute communications to and from Chief Human Resources Officers and HR Directors
Develop consolidated reports of annual HR accomplishments
Prepare metrics, dashboards, and project outcomes for leadership presentations
Serve as Project Manager for major HR initiatives and maintain project trackers
Identify and drive process improvement initiatives with key stakeholders
Support and communicate updates related to HR & Payroll Governance and HR Governance
Ensure timely completion of reports, documentation, and deliverables
Participate in the development of standard work, workflows, visual management tools, and best practices
Provide consultation to leadership to support improvement, change management, and problem-solving
Track draft HR policies and procedures
Research background information for procedure development
Facilitate policy review and authorization with key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a similar role providing high-level executive administrative and project management support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
Strong project management and process improvement skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
Advanced degree preferred
Experience supporting Human Resources or Organizational Development strongly preferred
