Manage and update the master content calendar
Track all content across the full pipeline
Maintain and optimize ClickUp boards
Coordinate deadlines and deliverables
Prepare metadata for publishing
Quality check and upload content onto platforms
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-time experience in a corporate environment (media is a plus)
A deep knowledge of task management software
A deep knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
Grade-A technical writing skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
A deep knowledge of AI tools and platforms
Career experience related to digital content
A familiarity with video production workflows and tools
A strong interest in and/or knowledge of the YouTube platform
An interest in the health and wellness space
A great sense of humor
