Representing corporate clients in Federal and State Courts
Handling civil actions related to property damage
Collaborating with a variety of forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the legal and financial viability of different causes of action in both single and multi-party litigation
Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and briefs
Preparing for, attending, and presenting at court hearings
Taking and defending depositions
Maintaining effective communication with clients and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years litigation experience
Representing corporate clients in Federal and State Courts
Handling civil actions related to property damage
Collaborating with a variety of forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the legal and financial viability of different causes of action in both single and multi-party litigation
Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and briefs
Preparing for, attending, and presenting at court hearings

Excellent academic credentials demonstrating strong legal aptitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A license in good standing in CA
