Customer Service Representative – Spanish

The Customer Service Representative – Spanish role involves supporting patients in a Remote Patient Monitoring platform, focusing on enrollment, training, compliance follow-up, and ongoing support while adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
Maintain and support a customer base within the Remote Patient Monitoring platform
Conduct VW enrollment calls, including equipment training and setup
Perform monthly customer follow-up calls
Manage compliance follow-up activities
Place supply and equipment orders and follow through to completion
Coordinate ordering, shipping, delivery confirmation, and RMAs as needed
Follow up with vendors to resolve issues or delays
Perform outbound calls related to shipping issues, delays, or missing information
Resolve issues independently or escalate appropriately when needed
Assist with workflow and productivity improvement initiatives
Adhere to all regulatory, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA
Maintain accountability and meet department performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
Some data processing experience
Familiarity with Apple products
