HICC Pet® is seeking a Supply Chain Manager responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution, ensuring product availability and cost efficiency. The role involves planning, sourcing coordination, production timelines, logistics, and inventory management across various channels.

Responsibilities

Own demand planning and inventory forecasting across Chewy, Petco, and wholesale channels

Maintain optimal inventory levels to support growth while minimizing excess, stockouts, and expirations

Manage reorder points, safety stock, and lead times across SKUs

Coordinate with domestic and overseas manufacturing partners on production schedules and MOQs

Monitor production progress and proactively resolve delays or quality risks

Support cost optimization initiatives including COGS reduction and supplier negotiations

Manage inbound and outbound logistics (ocean, air, domestic freight)

Coordinate with 3PLs and fulfillment partners to ensure SLA adherence

Oversee customs, import/export documentation, and compliance requirements

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align supply with demand

Support new product launches with accurate timelines and readiness planning

Provide clear, data-driven updates to leadership on inventory, risks, and opportunities
