Responsibilities

Collaborate to understand business needs and develop specific prospecting strategies
Compiles and analyzes statistics pertinent to the company's business development
Collaborate with SVP (Senior Vice President) and sales team to define mutual success and agree on expectations for timeframes, prospect quality and quantity, and frequency of updates
Provide information and feedback to assist sales executives with prospect details and strategic points
Contribute to business discussions on industry trends, sharing market knowledge with team, and serving as the subject matter expert as requested
Prioritize, manage, and communicate to ensure success-oriented support of the team

Required

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of funnel development and outbound prospecting experience
A technology first mindset, ability to utilize existing company technology solutions and leverage and introduce other advanced tools to expand your impact
Track record of achieving quota in a sales specialist or other similar role
Excellent prospecting abilities, creativity a plus
Motivated by a commission-based comp plan
Confidence in speaking to senior stakeholders
Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaboration team environment
Ability to develop and implement a plan of action
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce and Microsoft products
