Responsibilities
Assists clients with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features
Models by example the Dimmitt mission statement by being an empowered, passionate, and positive associate who provides exceptional personalized service to the Company's guests and community
Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
Maintains accurate sales documentation
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
Attends events, staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Verifiable sales performance (any industry)
Demonstrated ability in relationship selling
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and staff
Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
Professional appearance and demeanor
Pleasant/friendly approach and an outgoing personality
Basic computer and internet skills
Valid Florida driver's license and an impeccable driving record

Additional education beyond high school
